Dropped another .8 lbs. May not seem like much but I'm perfectly happy with it. Keep adding it up and it's pounds!! Now I'm down 11.4 lbs. this round and 5.0 lbs since last Monday. Since 5.0 was my goal this week I will achieve my goal plus more in the morning!!!
I'm 1.2 from reaching my 50 lbs lost mark........and 5.4 lbs from weighing what my license has said for over 25 years!!! LOL I know I shouldn't post next week's goal til tomorrow but whatever. My goal for next week is to hit that license plate weight. So until I weigh in tomorrow I won't know exactly how much that is. Whatever........I'll post an exact number tomorrow.
I had a goal that by March 30th I'd weigh 140 lbs. With being sick, a brutal TOM, and over indulging in my illegal creamer.....I MAY hit 147 by then. All I know is that I'm dropping and getting closer and closer to my goal. I'm back on track and that is ALL that counts!
I will be trying to achieve a loss of 4-5 lbs per week. I know TOM is gonna hit during spring break and put a dent in THAT week's loss but that can't be helped. But if can keep on protocol (except for my planned cheat the 30-31 of this month) I could hit my goal about the second week of May and be on P4 when I begin summer vacation on June 2nd!! That'd be nice to be able to celebrate the last day of school however I chose!! This has been a rough year so.....well enough said!!
