Up 1.2.....I am now 2.0 from my 50# mark. I've been perfect. Have come to the conclusion....after trying this a second time, that AME drops are NOT for me. I've lost 2 weeks by taking them. Now.....it may be Sunday before I hit it because I took the drops before weighing this morning. I'm not even going to hit my second goal I made for myself. 9 lbs in 8 days at my weight is not possible. <#$@*&!!! That's what I have to say about that.
But don't get me wrong.......I'm not discouraged or giving up. It's onward. As a matter of fact...to compensate for this wasted week...I'm giving up coffee til March 31st. Yep.....so if I'm grouchy you'll know why!!! LOL
