VLCD  Day 3!!! (Or Round 2 Phase 2 Day 3)

Down another pound this morning for a total of 2.2 pounds. Now that doesn't seem like much to some of you but I've seen a picture of what 1 pound of fat looks like....GNARLY!!!! So gross and I want it all gone from my body...thank you very much!!! And with the help of www.affordablehcgdiet.com I will be there by June 1st!!!

I know some of you may have wondered where my blog was today....well, it was back to work. So from now on my blogs will be made in the evening.

I survived Valentine's Day without eating one single piece of chocolate or anything else!! WooHoo!! I've had a hard time this weekend.....and woke up understanding my food issues the past couple of days (those who know me know about the big plate of chocolate chip cookies my husband brought home from the church youth group's bake sale and I was seeing red).  Well...the the reason is TOM. You have to understand I hit 50 back about Thanksgiving. I've had chemically induced cycles since I was a freshman in college due to medical issues. Well the doctor has taken me completely off the pills. And TOM wasn't coming anyway. Finished the last pack on Saturday...he should of been here last Thursday. I woke up to bloating and cramping this morning and it has done nothing but gotten worse. I'm not very hopeful for a loss in the morning but I'm staying true to protocol anyway!! It's the only way to reach my goal!!

Here's what my menu was today:

Breakfast:  1 microwaved piece of bacon and scrambled egg with Tapitio (I love me some hotsauce on my egg!!)  I seriously love my breakfast and look forward to it EVERY morning.

Lunch: 1 3.5 oz. grilled chicken breast that was doused in lemon juice and Johnny's Season Salt first.
             Garlic stir fry brocolini and some salad with WF bacon ranch dressing. Plus 1 grissini

Snack: 1 apple

Dinner: Pan seared ahi tuna with salad and WF ginger sesame dressing with a grissini. It's like ordering an oriental salad at a restaurant.

Snack: grape juice. I count this as a fruit and it helps keep me regular. I don't have many problems in this area:)

Now one of my fellow LOSER friends said it seems like I eat a lot of the same foods over and over. Well, even not on this program I tend to have food ruts....because I like them!!!  I do eat grilled chicken everyday and a lot of ahi tuna. I love them and they work for me!!! I also love ginger garlic beef stirfry, chili, spaghetti with shiratake noodles, halibut, shrimp, salmon (I do well on this but no more than 1-2 times a week).,etc. We love grilling....and we grill lots of veggies too. Hey I lost over 40 lbs doing this and I'm going to continue until I weigh 122 pounds!!! Well, that's my target weight so far.....
